KPMG engaged our consulting team to assess their Private Business function for market readiness. Different systems were used across different offices, and older desktop-based products still made up the bulk of their daily use. As technology for the accounting sector developed, KPMG wanted to align themselves with the best, most innovative providers, while maintaining strict security protocols.

Our team worked to understand the wider business developments within KPMG NZ, then program-managed the implementation of new tools, including helping with process alignment and change management.
